There are few, if any, CEO’s out there like Brian Bonar. There is a reason why he has been the CEO and chairman of Dalrada Financial Corporation for a decade. He knows what he is doing and he knows how to bring the best out in people. That is how someone gets the job done.

As with any job, the CEO is the one that needs to have his finger on how things are running at the job. He needs to know if the team is having high morale and if they are performing to the best of the abilities. He also needs to focus on doing his job at the same time.

It can be a lot for someone to handle, but someone like Brian Bonar loves the job right now as much as he did the first time. He enjoys coaching people up, which is another aspect of the job. His leadership has stood out to them. He has incredible patience and he truly has it figured out as CEO and chairman. He knows how to do his job to the best of his abilities and he knows how to surround himself with other people that know what they are doing as well. A lot of people try to get by with just hard work and hard work only. They wear themselves out and run themselves in the ground.

Brian Bonar is smart enough to know it is OK to have a team and not everything has to fall on his plate. He listens to input from everyone and takes it into consideration and it is a group effort with him leading the way. That is how he has enjoyed his thirty years in the financial sector in management positions.

These are high ranking jobs for high-profile jobs. However, Brian looks forward to the work he does and feels as though it makes a positive impact on the lives of his clients. He does it because he loves it and he feels as though it is something that needs to be done the right way.
